Classes

Classes are held on a pay as you go basis, session by session. Please see below for times and prices. This includes all clay or glaze used in the session and the appropriate firing.

We have 4 electric wheels, a small slab roller and two kilns so work gets through fairly quickly. Students are encouraged to do their own projects with tuition in handbuilding or throwing as required. The studio is the converted double garage of our home with wood burning stove, tea and coffee facilities, and toilet. We start a morning session at 10am and an afternoon at 2pm. We also do evenings starting at 7pm.

Beginners, and children with a parent or guardian, are welcome, we have a maximum of 6 people per class which means individual attention.

The Studio is not open on Thursdays or Fridays.

Monday: 10.00am - 12.30pm; 2.00pm - 4.30pm; 6.00pm - 9.30pm
Tuesday: 10.00am - 12.30pm; 2.00pm - 4.30pm
Wednesday: 10.00am - 12.30pm; 2.00pm - 4.30pm; 7.00pm - 9.30pm

Weekday sessions £30 per person per session.

Saturday mornings 10.00am to 12.30pm by special arrangement. £40 per person per session. Whole Saturdays £75 per person per session, minimum four people.
